Introducing The Adaptive Organisation
Lean and Agile ways of working have long been established as a key part of building successful technology delivery organisations capable of building the tools and services needed to survive in modern, fast changing business environments.
Over the last 20 years, the adoption of these ways of working has created a growing industry of ‘technology transformation’, which has often failed to deliver the intended results. These failures can be typically attributed to parts of the organisation being left behind in such transformations, such as leadership, work management, organisational structure and finance.
Modern, successful organisations focus instead on continuous improvement and adopting practices that allow them to be flexible and adaptive in all aspects of their operation in order to rapidly respond to changes and opportunities in their environments.
The Adaptive Organisation is a wholistic model of organisational good-ness that supports whole organisational alignment around clearly defined goals and the continuous delivery of value to the customer. The model can be used by organisations at all stages of growth, from start-ups and scale-ups through to large federated multi-nationals.
We help organisations become adaptive through the provision of consulting and training services
