  • Project level : we will work with you from defining your initial proposition, ensuring that your customer need is translated into a meaningful set of user stories supported by a credible delivery plan
  • Programme level : as above but for more significant pieces of work needing a delivery strategy and associated roadmap

  • Leadership mentoring and coaching: helping leaders understand what good looks like in a modern adaptive organisation. Our team of experienced leadership coaches and mentors will help you using their own experience of having been part of adaptive organisations
  • Team training and coaching: helping teams achieve greater success in delivery through our extensive curriculum of learning. We combine exploration of theoretical concepts with application in real world delivery to ensure teams are able to confidently and independently employ these practices. After training, we support teams with effective coaching to further embed these newly introduces skills and behaviours
  • Role based training and mentoring: helps individuals in key roles to develop and improve their skills e.g. Product Manager, Product Owner, Deliver Manager/ Scrum master. After training, our experienced mentors ensure newly learned skills are embedded and used
