Training
We believe that training is the starting point for building real capability in both individuals and teams. Training is at it’s most effective when it is practical, simple and delivered by experts who can help your people put what they learn into practise.
Team based training
Our team based training is structured around 5 simple principles that allow teams to structure their work around delivering value and provide meaningful feedback for performance improvement:
The training itself comprises of 5 modules which correspond to the principles above. While each module can be consumed independently as desired, it is most effective when a team is beginning a new piece of work as this allows the whole team to learn new ways of working at the same time and at a time that allows them to be put immediately into practice.

Coaching
Training helps build core capability in teams and individuals but it is coaching that helps them put that learning into practice. Our network of coaches are all highly experienced practitioners of Lean and Agile ways of working. All have had first hand experience of how it feels to be part of an organisation moving towards greater agility and adaptability and understand the opportunities and challenges in doing so.
We can provide experienced coaches for you or help you create your own in house team. In conjunction with our training offering we can help you agree a common set of ways of working for the coaching of teams and individuals. Central to this are our capability models which help both individuals and teams understand what good looks like for them, and track their progress towards it.
Mentoring
Our network of mentors all share some key things in common. They have deep expertise in the role they mentor, have performed that role themselves at other organisations and have experienced what it feels like to incorporate new ways of working into their roles as part of transformation and/ or continuous change programmes.
