We know that Transformation programmes with artificial end dates are not the way to effect change in your business. We believe that continuous investment in your people, practices and culture are the only way to evolve your business.
Meet the Team
The Adaptive Organisation concept and the Adaptive Engine model were born out of a sense of frustration that the conversations we were having around organisation design, change and transformation were often nebulous, and focused on local optimisations, frequently within IT. A more holistic approach was required!
Helen Williams
Founder and Director
Helen is a reformed waterfall planner with more than 15 years experience in delivering software.
Helen believes that agility is a tool for the entire enterprise, and that organisations who invest continuously in people, tools, practices and culture can thrive in times of uncertainty. This belief comes from more than 7 years of designing, leading and delivering transformation programmes across the public sector, retail, financial services and energy sectors.
Jeremy Sutherland
Founder and Director
Jeremy has been a business facing consultant in the technology world for over 20 years, much of it focused on helping organisations evolve to meet their goals. Jeremy specialises in Business Architecture, Organisation Design and Enterprise Transformation and has helped dozens of organisations move to more effective ways of operating. It is from these engagements where much of his inspiration, as well as the underlying expertise and experience included in the Adaptive Organisation and Adaptive Engine model has been built.
In addition to developing the Adaptive Organisation concepts and Adaptive Engine model, his spare time, Jeremy skis, climbs and builds scale model aircraft.
